I have had the same experience as everyone else here. I did get my money back. Here are the steps that I took:
*Filed a complaint wit PayPal.
*Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
*Filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.
*Informed them that I would be conacting the State's Attorney, Fraudwatch.com and the FBI tomorrow.
*Told them that I would be filing a class action suit with everyone on this review site.
*Meant every word.
