They certainly don't have a problem emailing you back in regards to their customer service however they cannot track a package for you nor will they provide date shipped or any other information given on your order. Ive also asked for a refund and they just ignore my request and ask me to wait a few days for my order to arrive. I've been waiting for 2 months now. They are horrible!!
