I ordered a pair of booties in January 2020. It took months for them to come in and did not look like the add they displayed. Additionally, when I first tried them on, I noticed that the rubber heal of both booties were hollow and compressed all the way down each step I took. Still haven’t been able to wear them and I don’t know if it’s even worth it to have someone fill the heal.
