AWFUL. I ordered a pair of boots a month ago, and they still have not shipped. No phone number to contact. No response to multiple emails. This website is run by someone in Hong Kong (supposedly), someone in London (supposedly) and has an address to a warehouse outside of Los Angeles. BEWARE!
