what went wrong you ask? everything. the reference number i was given when i ordered April 9 was invalid when i tried to check on my order. no phone number to contact the company directly. the two pairs of shoes i ordered never arrived and it's now May 24. how are you people still in business? the worst costumer service I've ever received - because there wasn't any. no shoes, no tracking number, no phone number, and an invalid reference given to me at the time of the order. you are the worst. I wonder if anyone whose ordered from ever got anything.
