Ordered products on 18th June, didn't get dispatched until 25th June.
Courier used was Yodel, very cheap and unprofessional couriers who nominate local neighbours to collect and deliver.
It was reported that 3 delivery attempts was made with a "delivery card" left at each attempt. No card was left and no product was delivered.
It has been 2 weeks since first ordered the product and now a refund is in process "which can take unto 7 days".
Surprises me how a premium brand would use such a budget, non-premium courier such as Yodel. Also delivery charge was £5 when i spent over £400
Would recommend shopping from mrporter, oki-ni or selfridges for same products with MUCH better service delivery usually next day or day after (free!)
