i have shopped with Flannels online for a number of years - this time however i had a bad experience - ordering a number of items from the sale - immediately after placing the order i get an email to say one item is unavailale and then 7 days later i get another email to say another item is unavailable - the first was dissapointing the second i find unacceptable - it seemed to me you were advertising product that was unavailable - i sent a complaint email in - to which i am yet to receive a response.
i doubt very much that i will shop with flannels again
