I had to make about 5 telephone calls for the 2 orders that I recently placed. Sometimes I had to hold for a long time before the call was answered and then people didn't call back when they promised they would. The items I ordered arrived eventually and were fine though!
It's quite clear for me to see that Flannels is part of the Sports Direct group as the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired...
