The packaging was poor and cheep. The cloth hanger inside the package came broken and sharp could easily damage the contents. The return procedure was bad. I need to return , the pre paid lable provided does not cover cloth above £250. I had to return it on my own expense insured .It cost me £12 . The return label provided was not useful
It was a bad experience I will not shop form flannels online next time.
