I ordered shoes & top. Aparently the shoes on my size were sold out but I was never told. Delivery driver lied by saying he attempted delivery, he did not, I waited in all day. When I did eventually speak with him he advised he gets paid whether delivery goes ahead or not! Very rude to me when I asked him to return which was 20mins after he supposedly attempted delivery. Spent 50mins & a further 20 mins trying to speak with someone. I got an apology but that doesn't give me back the wasted day I spent waiting nor make up for the bad customer service. I apparently should have had an email advising shoes not available & a further email with refund, which i have had neither. Very disappointed considering this is a luxury brand retail company. Will not be using them again.
