i had occasion to return some goods ( too large) - i made a second order instead of waiting for my credit, i WAS not advised by the customer services agent that the very next day a promotion of 30 pounds was starting - HOW MEAN !
I sent a polite request to qualify for the promotion as my order hadn't been shipped - NO NO NO
how mean
I think in todays market place some latitude should be given to returning customers.
Overall my opinion of Flannels is soured.
