I ordered a very expensive Moncler Granola Coat to find it had been shoved into a ripped tatty flannels bag I was appalled! I have bought Moncler in the passed and have been presented with high standards. I was very disgusted to find a £1240 coat crinkled into such a small ripped bag. I also order Womens Hugo Boss top to also find that crinkled up and shoved in the coat.
Has put me off using online service again. Would not get that low standard in store.
