My address and postcode were incorrect (possibly a combination of my bad eyesight and "find address" tool). (It was still an address in the same street) I sent at least two emails to flannels to try and adjust the address without any response.
I contacted the delivery courier (Yodel) who told me they couldn't change the address and that Flannels were the only people who could do this.
I rang flannels who told me they couldn't do this either but would make a call to Yodel customer services the next day to see if anything could be done.
There was no return call and no changes were made. Luckily I was able to contact the delivery driver from Yodel on the day who helpfully navigated my package to the correct address. (Yodel supply the mobile number of their delivery drivers).
