Clothes arrived very crumpled and some white garments were quite dirty. They may have been clearance items but not the standard expected from an established retailer such as Flannels.
Website was slow and filters didn't work on outlet clearance and sizes were hit and miss making returns very expensive so not the best experience, however couldn't fault the prices, they were brilliant!
