The wrong products were delivered. I contacted the customer service desk, no reaction first days. Only after a reminder, I received the reaction that a discount of 50% would be proposed to solve the issue. But as the products are not the products I use nor that I ordered, this 50% discount is not at all relevant. I proposed to send either the right products (and I return the wrong products) or a full refund. No reaction yet.
