I was sent (and charged) for an item I did not order. An item I did buy did not arrive and it was only after I phoned Flannels that they told me that it was not longer available. I did not receive any correspondence to tell me that it was not available and I had to make arrangements to send the errant item back (I had to find a collect + store and bring it there myself). I was not happy about what happened and wanted to speak to someone senior especially as Customer Care was not able to say more than I don't know what happened. I also contacted Flannels by twitter regarding my experience. To date ...no response to my tweet, no sign of the promised phone call from customer care mgmt and no doubt no sign of my refund for some weeks to come.
