Pre ordered Gucci slides as a birthday present on the 3rd January which were supposed to arrive on the 9th February. When I checked the status of my order after the 9th February as I hadn't received them the delivery date had been changed to 1st may. I emailed customer services numerous times and received no reply. Nor did I receive an email to say that the delivery date had been changed. Received the item last week 17th march. Money was then taken out of my account without any warning and I also paid twice for delivery. Product very nice but customer service terrible.
