The rating should have been Good. However, I contacted the customer service team via email as I wanted to find out if I could return a suit and exchange it for a different suit and whether I would have to pay extra for the exchange. However, I have not heard back since I sent the email (18 May 2017). Also, there is no other means to get in touch with customer services other than through email. Which is disappointing considering the lack of response even until today. It leaves me feeling that Flannels is happy for customers to purchase but not prepared to deal with queries. I have subsequently returned my suit for a refund as I had not heard back from customer services.
