I ordered a pair of KENZO Calvin trainers in my normal size a UK 7... I did this because, on your site, it says "Fits true to size, take your normal size". Well, this is wrong, I needed a size smaller. They actually fit big so you would need a size smaller. I looked into it and found that because they are a french desisgn the french sizes run a size bigger than UK sizes... Now, by the time I had found all this out. The size I required had become out of stock in your sale event. I would also like to add that I did email a complaint about this, to which I received a reply (from a Tanya @ Sustomer Services) that just dismissed my findings and left me even more furious with the whole experience and your company.
