When we called in to your store the item we wanted to purchase did not have my wife's size as the dress she tried on was to small but the assistant told my wife to order on the internet a size up which we did but when we received the new size it still would not fit so we took it back to the store in the city centre who would not give a refund and then told us we had to pick something in the shop for that price which we were not happy about. What is the point ordering online if you don't have return policy. Disgusted
