my trainers arrived in good time (by post) but I had to return them as they were too big. I initially took them into the Leeds store but I was told that they couldn't receive them or arrange the exchange, I was told to re-post them to Newcastle (at my cost). I immediately did this but currently have no idea if they have been received (3 days ago now) or if flannels are arranging the exchange. I have emailed their customer services for an update. My email has gone into a queue. I have been told to expect a response in 24 - 48 hours.
So whilst Flannels are efficient at taking money and dispatching goods, any subsequent complication including a simple return and exchange is far less smooth.
Hopefully the replacement trainers will arrive sometime soon - but who knows.
