Shouldn't have to pay postage on a large purchases. Customer services number just cut off several times on Saturday when I tried to contact about returns so tried to ring store and they didn't take calls. Returns process is very limited only been able to send Royal Mail special delivery is very costly you would think such a large company would have other options in place for secure returns that are easier for the customer. I will not buy online from you again unless it's something I have tried on in store first 😡
