My most recent order was fine as well as all previous orders.
I however ordered earlier in the year a few pairs of shoes from Flannels by the brand tods from their sale. I had opened one of the boxes and had found that the shoes were discoloured. I had contacted a couple of times but didn't receive a reply which is frustrating.
I am left with a pair of shoes I can't wear..
