I received the item I purchased online promptly and was very pleased. However, I decided to exchange the item and sent it back registered post with the requested returns form as per the instructions on the website and have yet to have a confirmation email regarding my item. I find it frustrating that there is no customer service contact number and therfore a lack of cus to merge care.
