I received my parcel to discover one of the heels was not in perfect condition which I would expect after spending £500+ on them. There is a slice through the leather on the front of one heel and a lot of sticky access from a sticker on the sole. I have emailed Flannels in regards to this issue as I would like an exchange, however I have been informed I need to post these back to head office, which is an issue for me as if I return and there is insufficient stock I will be refunded which is not what I wish to happen when I received these heels with 20% off. I believe Flannels should be able to accommodate me more as this is not my fault and I do not want to be refunded, I am still in the process of back and forth emails.
