A t-shirt I ordered arrived dirty and dusty. It arrived loose in the same outer bag with shoes which were boxed. I would've expected an expensive t-shirt to be bagged. I can only assume the dust has transferred from the box, as the dust/dirty marks follow the folding creases. I checked on-line for a number to call to discuss this as the item is part of a Christmas present and found very little information or assistance for exchanging products other than returning, waiting and hoping it arrives in time for Christmas. Also want to understand if Flannels will charge for re-delivering a faulty product. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect of this supplier.
