I would like to give Flannels a good rating but my latest experience wasn't easy, all the web shop stuff went fine but my order took two weeks due to a 'processing error' at their end. When I did receive the order everything had it's security tags on still and one of the shirts was the wrong size, the label Flannels had been attached incorrectly but inside the shirt was indeed the actual size. Have to send stuff back :(
