I ordered a Mulberry scarf online, which was lovely. Unfortunately, it was only wrapped in one piece of tissue paper, postal bag & shoved through my letterbox!
When I phoned Customer Services to see if they could send out some nice Mulberry tissue & a bag perhaps (as it is a gift) they were most unhelpful too.
Would not recommend using, particularly as these are high end products where you would expect a significantly higher level of service, both from the packaging & the customer service department too.
