Maybe a 'poor' rating is not fair as the site and variation of stock is very good.
The reason l gave this rating is because of your nonexistent customer service. I have asked for my orders progress etc more than once, with no response, also where are my £10 vouchers??? I feel your lack of keeping customers updated with order progress etc let's you down badly.
For the umpteenth time of asking where are my orders/goods???
