I placed a small order for socks, as they were in the clearance section and I always place small initial orders to check what a company is like. Despite specifying a different delivery address during the ordering process, to make sure I would be there to receive the parcel, once the order was placed the order confirmation still showed my billing address as the delivery address. When I emailed to ask them to change it, they bizarrely told me the order had been cancelled. I checked and they had cancelled only one item on my order out of 4. This made the shipping cost very uneconomical (£5.95 for 3 pairs of thin socks) . I emailed again and was told again bizarrely that the order was cancelled. The next day I received a dispatch confirmation, showing only 3 of 4 items I had ordered. The next day the tracking showed as "delivered", even though I wasn't there because they sent to the wrong address, and no parcel has been left with neighbours. To add insult to injury the 4th item removed from my order is now showing in stock at more than twice the price. In addition, they have not refunded the 4th item yet via Paypal. All in all a sorry experience.
