Very slow dispatch service and no communication.
Customer service were great to talk to but it took 6 attempts to get through and each time was a 30 minute wait which meant 3 hours spent holding on!
Not what you need at this busy time of year! Email was not replied to until after dispatch took place so was left waiting and wondering what was happening for around 4 days.
Packaging was poor of such a high value item. I bought another scarf from Mulberry itself for my other daughter and it was in beautiful box so when they get their presents, they will be similar items but look very different! That was disappointing.
Altogether a poor service but item finally arrived yesterday.
