My order came nicely packed and quickly. However I had to return a jacket that did not fit, to my disgust I had to pay for the return postage at a cost of £8.45 which had to be insured and registered as the flannels states. when I complained about the charge for return item I was brushed away with its in our terms. I am in the process of waiting for my refund for the item don't know how long that shall be. Flannels is a high end designer shop for them to charge for returns is a disgrace I shall definitely not be shopping here in the future I would not recommend for this reason.
