I made my first purchase online and had to return items due to fit. The returns process was cumberson and not at all up to market standard - I regularly purchase online from netaporter, outnet, topshop, zara etc etc and they provide a returns pre-printed form and you have to inform them online and then call DHL etc to collect. Your system involves printing off forms (not easy if you are an iPAD user) taking to the post office and am not sure whether you have received the return yet as i have not heard back - all very concerning for me - perhaps someone could look into this and confirm?
