Lack of communication and poor customer service. I would not order online again. Rather stuck to the store. Even better I would happily shop at harvey nichols who have an outstanding customer service and communication.
Flannels decided to charge me a total of £10 for delivery and returns. Paid another £5 or so to rent order. No telephone number to contact customer service and no one replys to my email.
Rather stick with harvey nichols who I have happily been shopping with for over 10 years.
