Disappointing online experience. Paid postage for 2 items and received only 1. Waste of money for none delivery, would have never have purchased online had I known Flannels wouldn't fulfil my order.
Will not use them again as the email response from them about my issue showed a lack of concern.
Please print my response as your customer need to know that you treat them poorly
