Was pretty disappointed with the service I got from Flannels in regards to my recent purchase. I ordered a Dolce & Gabanna hoodie in size 50 but didn't fit so sent back asking for a size 52.
I could see there was a size 52 online so I asked customer services to reserve - which they said they couldn't do - which I kind of understand. However, sent my item back with the form that requests you need next size up. Despite correct size being online I was told they didn't have the size so they just refunded me.....it's like they didn't want the custom. I then emailed asking why they said they didn't have the correct size when it was clearly online - but was just told to place a new order. It seemed like a waste of everyone's time and portrayed Flannels as quite amateurish.
The problem with Flannels as a business is that they don't offer the services that Harvey Nichols offer, ie Click and Collect, Click and try, can't return item bought online to store either..... It's like shopping on EBay
Additionally, the Flannels store in Manchester never has decent stock in like that seen on the website and if it does they don't have your size.
