My online order was canceled with out an explanation money was then debited from my bank account when I contacted flannels I spent 15 mins just tying to get through to speak to somebody. When I did finally manage to speak to somebody they could not give me a valid explanation to as my I had been charged for my order then the order canceled'!!!!!! I then requested a refund via PayPal Which I did not get. then I phoned flannels for a second time I was then reassured a refund would be credit it to my PayPal account i asked for the transaction I'd which was bogus as I learnt from PayPal no transaction had taken place. I had to ring for a 3rd and final time to speak to some unhelpful staff who then admitted they had given me the wrong transaction ID some hours lated I received an email from PayPal notifying me of a refund which will take between 5 and 7 working days to get my 46 pound back I feel this is an absolute disgrace as I am a returning customer and have been treated like this it's not professional nor is it how I would do business. If I had not contacted flannels directly I am 100 percent sure I would not of been given my rightful refund !!!!
