I'm a regular customer with flannels but was disappointed with my recent purchase.
My order had not even been attempted to be delivered to my address, instead delivered to a local collect plus service centre.
The packaging looked like it had been round the world and back and the items ordered looked used and shabby.
Flannels need to consider who they use to deliver and where items are coming from, flannels partners etc.
