I ordered a size 30 trouser, but received a size 32.
I have been asked to return by collect plus, some of the shops don't exist within the collect plus network yet they are still being shown on the collect plus website.
Flannels have sent the wrong item but have made no attempt to rectify this. Other retailers I have dealt with usually send out a courier next day to resolve a problem of this nature.
