Level of customer service at Flannels leaves a lot of room for improvement. Item I have ordered arrived damaged, I have asked for exchange and post item back at my expense,(no refund for that was ever mentioned even when specifically asked) to Flannels. Then I have received an email saying the exchange was processed and item is on it's way. After few minutes a get another email saying item requested is out of stock and refund processed, when on line store still shows in stock! I have then contact Flannels to seek some clarification only to be told that item is out of stock and you are sorry. I have then purchased desired item again and order has been processed, so it looks like it is in stock after all.
