I had bought from Flammels before from your old Altrincham shop so had no worries about the quality of products you sell.
however I was to be dissapointed because your sizes are not correct.
I orded an xxl which your size guide said was equivelent to a British 44 jacket size, but when it arrived it was so small I could not even fasten the zip.
having to return an item because of poor sizeing is unacceptable, and because of this I probebly will not purchase from your on-line service again.
