Jimmy Choos were delivered to me and clearly weren’t quality checked by flannels before sending out. Shoes not in dust bags, packaging not inserted into the shoes and these were clearly a customer return as a crystal had fallen out of the strap and left at the top of the box. Appalling service considering the amount spent on these shoes. Buy direct, don’t use flannels.
