Returns portal was down so i reached out and they told me to use my own courier, DPD have 'lost' / stolen my parcel and although i have provided proof it made it to DPD just hasn't made it to them, they are refusing to accept any liability. Now i am £250 down for a pair of FAULTY sunglasses
