When my hours were cut due to Covid-19 I requested they edit the order down to less items which they promptly did. When I ended up getting laid off due to Covid-19 I then asked that my order be cancelled, this was all BEFORE they even shipped it. Couple days go by with no response then I receive a notice they shipped it. AFTER they shipped it they respond to my email and say it's already shipped. People are seriously struggling financially right now that's a very shady way to get your money. You clearly received the emails since you were good with editing it down and did so right away. Just based on principle I will NOT be ordering from this company again or recommending it to anyone. There's plenty of products that can do something similar and from more honest people.
