“Buyer beware, worst customer service imaginable. Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped and they will not cancel my order. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. If and when they respond, if you reply your response is put back to the top of the queue and they will not respond for days. There is no phone number to call them. For the price of this pink tax money grab gimmick, I was silly to expect better customer service from them.”
“Ordered $171.50 worth of product March 29, 2021. Still have not received! They said call FedEx. I did.. FedEx has NOT gotten package from them and it's now August!! I told them refund now! Waiting for response. Sounds like scam company!”
“So I’ve placed my order with Flat Tummy since last year October 2020, it is now March of 2021. My order hasn’t reached me. They keep telling me that it’s because of COVID. My package twice has been returned to sender because apparently smart post does not work in US territories only inside the US. So I have asked them to change the shipper. In which they still haven’t replied. I have asked for a full refund in which they told me they couldn’t provide me one. I tried to go through Better Business Bureau but The webpage is saying forbidden. I need help and only want my money back.”
“Scam company as other reviews mentioned exactly the same problem. I’ve been fighting for a month for a refund for a product I have not received. Filed a complaint with the bbb and afterpay. This company can not fulfil orders yet keep advertising it’s just a scam avoid!”

“I highly recommend doing some research before making a purchase with this company. The long awaited shipping times, the missing items, the longer wait for the missing items. I had requested for a refund they gave me many different responses to why im denied 1. No refunds stated in their terms and condition but was not stated at the time of purchase 2. Its a consumable product but most of the consumable products was missing and not shipped out 3. Denied for dissatisfaction but it was their company's fault for sending out incomplete orders 4. The long long shipping refund can't be processed due to order in transit 4. They just straight up stop responding. So please do your research and I suggest reading their terms and condition before ordering it.”
“When my hours were cut due to Covid-19 I requested they edit the order down to less items which they promptly did. When I ended up getting laid off due to Covid-19 I then asked that my order be cancelled, this was all BEFORE they even shipped it. Couple days go by with no response then I receive a notice they shipped it. AFTER they shipped it they respond to my email and say it's already shipped. People are seriously struggling financially right now that's a very shady way to get your money. You clearly received the emails since you were good with editing it down and did so right away. Just based on principle I will NOT be ordering from this company again or recommending it to anyone. There's plenty of products that can do something similar and from more honest people.”
“Did not received what I ordered no tea bottle which I paid $39.95 and I was told to send a picture of what I'd received and what was missing? How do you photo whats missing totally rude like I was lying! No who ever packed it checked of they put in but DID NOT!!!!!
