Extremely lousy customer service! Ordered a mixed case as a present, it arrived with cans dented and glasses were not packed and no booklet. After much complaint they were picked up and a new box ( properly packed, with glasses this time) arrived. However the craft beer text book was missing and despite many emails to customer service had no response and the birthday boy was left waiting for the booklet. Several weeks went by and eventually a booklet was finally sent. Would not use this company ever again and would advise anyone I knew not too.
