AVOID this company!!! I wish I had just planned our trip to Italy by myself and not used this travel agency. They messed up our accommodations and left us in Italy with no place to stay for a night. They botched our rental cars and only gave us 1 when we should have had 3. The hotels they chose were rundown and awful. And their customer service to help make all of these issues right was terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a different company if you want to enjoy your vacation.
