Like everyone else our trip was cancelled due to covid-19, we have been trying to contact Fleetway and can not get through for love nor money! We received an email out of the blue stating that we contacted our insurance as they have cancelled our holiday, we had no other information on the email and can’t get a response so we can’t even provide our insurance with any information to start a claim! Looks like we will be in a small claims court! What a disgrace of a company
