Have booked a few holidays with Fleetway, and up until the Covid cancellations all was OK. However when things go wrong that’s when you find the true value of a company, in this case it is an impersonal don’t give a hoot about customer care or abiding by the law. I have emailed numerous times now and only get generic responses. My only course of action now has been to make a claim through Barclaycard.
