I bought flowers for my Mom's 70th Birthday. I wanted to add a Card but their option did not work. So I emailed them two days ina row. Finally they answered the date after the flowers had been delivered. So NO card, NO customer service, NO interest in answering their customer contact form or emails. My last time I buy with them for sure.
